Room 1 - Double or twin room
Room 1 is located at the first floor, so that it is easily accessible, is particularly suitable for persons with problems of reduced mobility. From the entrance, which separates it from the common hall, You get in the ambient of room 1, that is 20 squared metres wide: 15 metres for the bedroom and 5 metres for the nice ensuite bathroom.Room 1 is very airy, as the height of the ceiling is 3,20 metres and two wide windows guarantee change of air and brightness. The atmosphere is relaxing and pleasant. The look is valuable, especially for the beautiful pavement and the splendid mosaic tiles of the bath with pictorial decorations; the walls of the room are painted in a relieving tone of light yellow. The furnishings are characterized by a retro style, everything is in solid wood, and the furniture includes wardrobe, table and chairs, double bed to split into two single beds upon request, bedside tables with lamps. The wide bathroom has window, washbasin, water closet and bidet, shower with cubicle and a push-button for emergency calls.
Regarding the comfort, the room has a good heat and acoustic insulation, double-paned windows and suitable airconditioning, for cold or warm weather, to constantly keep the desired temperature. Moreover, a refrigerator with freezer compartment is at disposition of those who want to preserve their own food and drinks in long stays.
Satellite TV decoder “Sky”, for watching news, movies and sports, will entertain our guests for a nice stay.
Upon request, it is possible to place in the room a foldaway bed for a child or a third single bed.
